THE TDI STORY
Tunglok Deck Integration (TDI) began in the early 2000s as a way to dial “Two-Piece” folding scooters by securing the Neck and Deck with bolts. This allowed riders to adjust the “Headtube Angle” and “Deck Rise”.
In 2007, I developed the first welded “One-Piece” Deck,” the SR Deck, eliminating bolts but limiting adjustability. When early PROTOtypes failed, I reimagined the Two-Piece Deck, integrating a tongue & groove interlock – “Tung-Loc” – inspired by my grandfather’s cabinetry patent. My patented system distributes impacts away from the TDI bolts, matching the rigidity of a welded deck while offering full customization.
Any Headtube Angle. Any Deck Rise. Any Deck Width. Any Deck Length. Fully interchangeable.
The TDI System brings scooter design full circle – back to two pieces, the way they were meant to be.
This is TDI. This is the Standard Deck System. Enjoy the ride!
NOTE: Threaded hardware included.
