How do I become an authorized dealer?

Just click on the “Dealer Application” button on our website and complete the form. We generally get back to you within 24 hours. We also have partnerships with Distributors around the world, so, if your location is within one of these areas, we will process your application and get you in touch with your local distributor.

Do you ship around the world?

Yes, we ship around the world! However, some areas are covered by our partner Distributors. If your location is within one of these areas, we will process your application and get you in touch with your local distributor.

How do you ship?

By default, we will use Federal Express or United Parcel Service ground services for all domestic shipments. International shipments utilize the same carriers. Due to quality concerns, we will not use the United States Postal Service directly under any circumstances, even if requested. We can also ship via these carriers or others using your collect accounts.

Once I place my order, how long will it take to ship?

As an approved dealer of TGE Distribution, if you are paying by credit card then your order will usually ship same business day, if the order was received by 1:00 PM pacific standard time. Orders which are to be paid via wire transfer or check, are usually shipped the same day the funds clear the bank.

How long does shipping take?

Most United States orders arrive in 3-5 business days. International orders can take more time depending on where it is going and how long customs takes. Most international orders arrive in a week to two weeks. International customers should be aware that they are responsible for duties and taxes.

What happens after I place my order?

Once you place your order in our B2B site it is sent out to our warehouse to get packed up right away! After your order is packed we double check to make sure everything is in order then we go ahead and ship your order, then receive payment. Then an email is sent to you with the invoice and tracking number so you can check up on the status of your order.

Does my credit card get charged when I place my order?

No, your card is not processed until your order is ready to go and is being shipped. In other words, we don’t charge your card until we actually ship. If you are a new dealer and it is your first time ordering with us we will get into contact with you about your credit card code. Although there is a place for the 3 digit code during checkout, for security reasons this code is not put into our system.
