Statement of Terms and Conditions:
The following terms and conditions apply to any consumer, customer, entity or other party using or browsing TGE Distribution’s literature, documentation, websites, order forms, images, or other property whether you are deemed or authorized as “Dealer”, “Distributor” or not.

TGE Reservation of Rights:
TGE Distribution reserves the right to limit sales of its distributed brands and products or alter dealer terms at its sole discretion. Factors affecting these decisions include but are not limited to regions & territories, pricing requirements, company profiles, dealer website or retail location, content and practices, credit worthiness, and adherence to TGE Distribution marketing, sales, and other practices whether written or not. As a dealer, you, your company, business, or entity agrees to abide by TGE Distribution sales, marketing, and business practices.
Payment Terms:
All payment terms are CIA (Cash In Advance) unless otherwise authorized in writing by an authorized TGE Distribution representative. For credit card orders, payments are processed at time of shipment.
Freight (Shipping) Terms:
All Freight Terms are FOB Origin (customer pays freight & takes responsibility and risk for goods once shipped) unless otherwise authorized in writing by an authorized TGE Distribution representative.
All orders will be shipped via TGE Distribution preferred carriers unless otherwise agreed. For United States customers, this generally will mean UPS Ground. If you have a freight account with a carrier, please contact us, and we can ship your orders freight collect via your carrier.
Minimum Order:
Dealer orders must be at least $ 500.00 USD.
Returns:
All returns are subject to prior approval, inspection, and will be subject to restocking fees.
Resale Guidelines:
No dealer or customer may sell TGE Distribution products on second or third party retail websites such as eBay and Amazon without prior written authorization. All sales, of TGE, Distribution products must be solely on the retail website and / or physical location(s) as approved on your Dealer Application. No Dealer may sell TGE Distribution products to any individual or business for resale. Dealers must sell directly to the consumer and not to other resellers unless you are specifically informed you are an authorized distributer.
Basic Information:
Your submittal of this application authorizes TGE Distribution to provide basic information on its publications, website, and advertising literature about your retail store or website. This information will be limited to and only include basic contact information such as website, address and location, contact emails, telephone numbers, and essential contact information. Generally, this information will be used for to promote your business as a dealer of TGE Distribution products.
Confidentiality:
Your submittal of this application is an agreement to keep all pricing, marketing, documents, images, and assorted TGE Distribution forms, publications, procedures, and information confidential and confined to authorized representatives of your organization as listed on this application.
Security:
Your submittal of this application or use of TGE Distribution websites, documentation, order forms, or other literature and information is an agreement to keep all logins and passwords confidential and any order placed using such login or other information will be deemed a formal purchase order placed by an authorized representative of your organization.
Shipping Order Fulfillment Policy:
Your submittal of an order is an agreement to allow TGE Distribution to ship and backorder or cancel remaining orders at its discretion. All orders are subject to availability and availability may change.
California Dealers:
Your submittal of this application certifies that your business entity listed on this application holds a valid sellers permit number as listed on this application and it is issued pursuant to the Sales and Use Tax Law. This listed business is engaged in the business of selling Scooters, Scooter parts, Accessories, and related equipment and/or apparel and other tangible property which your business as listed on this application shall purchase from TGE Distribution These goods / property will be re-sold in the form of tangible personal property. However, in the event any of such property is used for any purpose other than retention, demonstration, or display while holding it for sale in the regular course of business, it is understood that your you are required by the Sales and Use tax Law to report and pay tax, measured by the purchase of such property or the authorized amount.
Additional Terms:
Your submittal of this application is an agreement that additional terms and conditions may apply and be modified at TGE Distribution’s sole discretion. Often these terms or conditions may be communicated via TGE website(s), email, or other methods.
Warranties:
TGE Distribution serves the warranties on the brands it distributes within its geographical area. All warranties are at the consumer or final customer level. Consumers can access our warranty page at http://www.tgedistribution.com/warranty.General warranty terms and conditions for brands and items are also outlined at this link and can be viewed by Dealers and Consumers alike.
Consumers (Not Dealers) fill out a warranty claim online and will be contacted and advised of the status of their claim via email. All warranty claims are handled this way.
General Use:
Use and / or browsing of any TGE Distribution websites, business to business commerce platforms, placing an order via the website or other means binds the Dealer or user to all terms and conditions of TGE Distribution.
Content:
The content of TGE Distribution websites, forms, documents, photographs, products, and other information or items are solely for the benefit of TGE Distribution and may change at any time.
